I started Prettied at 18, but the idea has been growing with me for years. Fashion became the way I understood myself. I didn’t just love clothes; I loved the process, the intention, and the feeling of making something that speaks for you.

That curiosity eventually became direction. To build this properly, I opened my company, 'Cerys Lewis Enterprises Ltd', and began shaping Prettied into a brand with intention behind every design. I wanted to make the clothes I wished I could find in shops, rather than just following trends.

Starting a brand this young hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been real, motivating, and exactly where I want to be. This is only the beginning, and I’m glad you’re here for it.

Prettied is about creating a look and a feel that’s entirely its own. We don’t chase trends or copy what’s already out there — every piece is thoughtfully designed in New Zealand with intention, focusing on wearability, quality, and a sense of quiet confidence. Wherever possible, our garments are made from 100% cotton, chosen for its natural comfort, durability, and timeless appeal.

Our goal is to offer clothing that people truly connect with — pieces that feel authentic and effortless, yet carry a personality of their own. Prettied isn’t about following the crowd; it’s about standing out in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and true to the brand. With every stitch, we aim to build trust through quality, thoughtful design, and the simple, breathable comfort of 100% cotton.

Prettied accepts returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act, and will provide a replacement or refund in those cases. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed but may be accepted at our discretion if items are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days; these are issued as store credit or exchange only, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. International customers must cover their own return shipping. To request a return, email us with your order number and details of the issue.

Shipping times vary by country, but most orders arrive within 8–13 business days. Estimated delivery times are: NZ — around 9 business days; Australia — about 8 business days; USA — 13 business days (8 for express); UK — 10 business days (4 for express); Canada — 10 business days (7 for express).
