So I built a brand around that.

Wherever possible, our garments are made from 100% cotton, chosen for its natural comfort, durability, and timeless appeal.

Prettied accepts returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act, and will provide a replacement or refund in those cases. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed but may be accepted at our discretion if items are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days; these are issued as store credit or exchange only, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. International customers must cover their own return shipping. To request a return, email us with your order number and details of the issue.

Estimated delivery times are: NZ — around 9 business days; Australia — about 8 business days; USA — 13 business days (8 for express); UK — 10 business days (4 for express); Canada — 10 business days (7 for express).
